Handwritten letter to John B. Minor from E.R. Watson dated 7 September 1870.  It appears to be part of an ongoing correspondence between the two men, exchanging opinions on various cases.  In the letter, Watson refuses payment for a prior opinion given, but asks for payment in-kind, i.e. Minor's opinion on another case.  The notes on the back of the page in Minor's hand cover a case concerned with a testator named Martin who died in 1862.
