Se[unintelligible].  The letter refers to an earlier request to Minor for comments on the Will of Anna Wise, poses specific questions regarding the character of estates devised under the will, and includes a handwritten copy of the will on the reverse.  Comments in Minor's handwriting are also contained on the reverse.
