The J. B. Moore Society of International Law and the Program in International Law presented James Bacchus, member of the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization.  His speech "Inventing the World Trade System: the WTO and the Law of Global Commerce" took place in the Caplin Auditorium on February 24, 1999.
