    The committee was appointed by Dean Spies in February of 1980 to"assess the Law School's general needs with repect to clinical education." The members of the committee were professors Richard J. Bonnie, Graham C. Lilly, Steven A. Saltsburg, Peter C. Mason, Pat Dondanville and Jo Lynn Lambert.
