Students in the Transactional Law Clinic at the University of Virginia School of Law provide legal counsel to startup companies and draft basic corporate documentation. Through the clinic, students advise MBA candidates at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business who are participating in the Darden Business Incubator — a program designed to help Darden students launch new business ventures.
