Professor Gail S. Marshall after a Court appearance as the defense attorney for the Virginia Law Weekly Associates and fifteen individuals named in a defamation suit brought by the Charlottesville Police Department. The department brought the suit as result of an article published by the Virginia Law Weekly titled "Racist Justice in Charlottesville."
