Robert S. Krejcik, Abbott Van Backer, and Alan G. Harvey appear before Magistrate Naomi Recie Buchwald on charges of conspiring to sell weapons to Iran. Krejcik and Harvey, along with William Moravcik, Oldrich Pastorek, Honza Klugar, Mirek Zavadil, and Dennis Mach, were also charged with a separate conspiracy to sell weapons to the Irish Republican Army and Iran.
