Handwritten list of possessions for probate dated 16 June 1605.  Professor Duane Osheim provides the following description:The front cover reads: "1605 16 Giugno . . .  Inventario legale di beni, ed eredità del fu Melchiorre Galassini fatto dalli [sic] Prudenza Galassini Vedova del fu Francesco Arigoni di lui madre, e tutrice di Maddelena di lui figlia, e da Giovanni Ferini curatore, e custode del ventre pregnante di Eleonora Marzoli vedova di detto Melchiorre.  Unito trovasi la cura presa del suddetto Ferini sotto questo segno.  Rogito di Giulio Cesare Casarenghi. Copia autentica."Paraphrase:This is a probate list of the possessions of the late Melchiorre Galassini. It was compiled by his mother Prudenza Galassini acting as guardian for his daughter Maddalena and by Giovanni Ferini as custodian of the rights of the unborn child being carried by Eleanora Marzoli, Melchiorre's widow. Attached to this is the declaration of Ferini also made under this notary's sign.
