Alberto di tornatura 51 1/3 con casa, a ragione di £ 155 la tornatura [a tornatura is about .2 hectare] ed importà £7956/ 13/4 a conto delle quali pagano £ 1000 ed il residuo promettono pagasso in diversi tempi, e con diverse condizioni.Paraphrase: A purchase by Gabriele and Camillo Macinatori of the rights of the couple Ercole Sassuni and Francesca Scalabrini in a house and surrounding lands for £7956/ 13/4 with £ 1000 in deposit and the rest to be paid according to a variable schedule. The document itself begins with magistra Francesca daughter of the late Francesco Scalabrini and wife of master Ercole [Herculis in the text] by rights acquired through her dowry, and they together acting for Cesare, the minor son of the late Cesare de Rannuzi and Francesca, declare that they have sold the listed pieces of land (described in detail) to magister Gabriele son of the late Annibale dei Maccinatori citizen of Bologna from capella san Tome and his brother magister CamilloThe document was redacted by Galeato di Bucchi, notary and citizen of Bologna.
