Abstract

Attorney's notes on Blackstone's Commentaries and the treatment of inherintance law.

Scope and Content

This eighteenth commonplace book consists primarily of extracts from Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, volumes 1 and 2. Several additional pages are devoted to citations concerning inheritance and to legal maxims, all but one in Latin.

This volume was purchased from Robert H. Rubin in December 1991.
