Luis Guzman was mistakenly suspected of being one of three assailants responsible for the murder of attorney Patrick J. Kehn. Guzman was exonerated and three others, Leopoldo Siao-Pao, Samuel Jimenez, and Miguel Molina plead guilty to committing the crime.
