Joseph Pizzo was dismissed by the NYC Fire Department three and a half years after he was hired due to the fact that he was too old for the job when he was hired. Pizzo challenged his dismissal in court, and appears with Harry Lips'ig and Judge William P. McCooe in this sketch.
