Typed letter from Whitney North Seymour to Charles S. desmond, then Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals, dated 24 August 1966.  The letter concerns plans for a series of lectures in honor of Justice Jackson, which would eventually be published as "Mr. Justice Jackson: Four Lectures in his Honor" by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the William Nelson Cromwell Foundation in 1969.
