Carbon copy of typed letter from Bill Jackson to Gordon Dean dated 12 June 1957.  Bill Jackson was submitting to Dean for comment Justice Jackson's article on the exchange of destroyers with the United Kingdom during WWII.  Bill Jackson and E. Barrett Prettyman, Jr. worked together to publish the Justice's article posthumously.
