Carbon copy of typed letter from Bill Jackson to Anthony Montague Browne, private secretary to Winston Churchill, dated 6 August 1957.  Browne had provided comments on behalf of the Prime Minister to Jackson's article on the exchange of destroyers with the United Kingdom during WWII.  Bill Jackson and E. Barrett Prettyman, Jr. worked together to publish the Justice's article posthumously.
