Typed memorandum from E. Barrett Prettyman, Jr. to Justice Jackson summarizing the briefs filed with the Supreme Court for consideration in the Brown II decision (349 U.S. 294), circa September 1954.  Justice Jackson died in October 1954 before the arguments for Brown II were heard.
