Draft of warrant from Thomas Grace to the steward of Tring manor acknowledging that the Benjamin Barber's trustees paid off the money and interest loaned to Barber by Grace. The only date on the draft itself is the year 1892. However there is a note written on back of the draft that appears to be initialed by A.W. Vaisey indicating that copies of the document were returned in May 1892. The draft is written on one side of a folded sheet of paper.
