Draft account of costs to Mrs. Bedford (Owner) in her arbitration with The Rural District Council of Berkhampstead.  A note on the front of the draft indicates that a copy was made on bill paper on 11 May 1896.  The account of costs ranges from 3 October 1894 to 30 April 1896.
