Acquisition Information

The Records of the Virginia Tax Review [1993-2010] were transferred to the Law School Archives by Emma Burd, treasurer of the Virginia Tax Review in March of 2019.

Scope and Content

The Records of the Virginia Tax Review [1993-2010]t (1 archival box, .3 linear ft.), consist of administrative files related to the publication of the journal. The archives retained contracts with the authors, two files of correspondence with Mortimer Caplin, an SBA file with a handbook and guidelines, and the Course Syllabus for the Alternative Dispute Resolution class taught by William L. Waddell.

Orders of contract proof, distribution and offprint orders were recycled after keeping a few samples.
