June 13, 1816 Petition of David Farquharson, Hatter in Dundee, and William Livingston, Trustee, asking the Court to approve the composition offer of 9s. in the pound, with Andrew Hood as cautioner, and to discharge the bankrupt from all debts prior to sequestration.
