Abstract
Petition requests Lordships to "alter, in so far, your interlocutor, last pronounced, as to find, that the defenders, the representatives of Mrs. Lowthian, are bound to account to the petitioners for the rents of the estate of Staffold, to the amount of the debt due by bond, granted by Mr. George Ross to Mr. Lowthian, with interest upon it."
