Doris Meissner, senior fellow at the Migration Policy Institute and former commissioner of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, was the keynote speaker at "The Future of Immigration Enforcement" symposium at the University of Virginia School of Law on Oct. 24, 2014. The symposium, held in honor of UVA Law professor David Martin, was sponsored by the school's Immigration Law Program and the Journal of Law & Politics.
