Lyell Clay and his family pose for a shoot with Governor George and Mrs. Allen and Dean Robert Scott. Clay received his LLB from UVA in 1948 and went on to establish the Clay Foundation with his brother Buckner in 1987. Lyell died in 2007 after a long illness. Photograph not dated.
