Andrew Block, director of the Child Advocacy Clinic at the University of Virginia School of Law, talks about the goals of the clinic, and clinic students Jake Spilman and Emily Kveselis discuss their work on behalf of a juvenile offender.In the clinic, which is offered in conjunction with the JustChildren Program of the Legal Aid Justice Center, law students represent low-income children in Virginia who are facing problems with the education, foster care and juvenile justice systems.
