Edward White (Virginia Law) discussed White's "Law in American History: Volume One, From the Colonial Years Through the Civil War," in a panel discussion moderated by UVA Law Vice Dean Elizabeth Magill on Feb. 27. The book is the first in a series offering a new narrative of American legal and constitutional history.
