University of Virginia law professor Leslie Kendrick reviews recent First Amendment cases, particularly those involving the free speech of businesses, at an alumni luncheon on May 9, 2014. Kendrick teaches courses in torts, property and constitutional law, particularly First Amendment law, at the University of Virginia School of Law. Her research focuses primarily on freedom of expression.
